Sequel to Darkness Within. (Please read Darkness Within before reading this book, otherwise, you might be a bit confused) This is the continuing story of Loki and Christine as they surge forward in their struggling relationship. Whilst deeply and madly in love, the two of them remain captive to their own inner self-loathing and doubt. As in the first book, we find that Christine is at death's door step after an extremely dangerous attempt to save her dear friend's life, thus leaving Loki heart broken and baffled at how she could give up her own life for someone else other than him.
