After dealing with Peter Hale and the kanima their sophomore year, Madison and the rest of the pack are headed to their junior year of high school. They are unaware as to what the future holds and Madison is still struggling with so many losses in her life. Not aware that they're going to be facing a dark druid, an alpha pack that has their own witch, a possessed witch and an evil, dark spirit taking hold of one of their friend's souls. And along the way, they lose some friends.
