After a long junior year, Castiana was looking forward to spending her summer with her best friend Liza. Only Liza wasn't going to be there. So, to avoid her mom and stepbrother, Tiana took to writing letters in a journal addressed to, "Whom it may Concern" and she would sign them CL, her initials. That summer, she fell in love with the little library in town and would often spend hours there just reading and writing. One day she had an idea to leave one of her letters in the cover of one of her favorite novels. The letter was left in the novel for two weeks, untouched by Tiana until she checked on it. She opened the cover of the novel she had left her letter in to find that hers had been removed and replaced with a new letter addressed to her initials and signed by TR. Will this turn out to be one of the greatest romances in history or the biggest heartbreak of the century?

"How many romance books do you read?" Devin asks me. I shrug. "I like them," I say. I keep browsing, running my fingers along the spines. "So, you like romance then?" he asks me. I nod. "What's your favorite part of a love story?" "I like the very first kiss, but I like the second one even more," I say. I bite my lip and look at him. Oh. My. God. What the hell am I doing? Am I flirting? I think that I'm actually flirting. With Devin. Devin, my best friend. I have officially lost my mind. I should probably stop. But I can't seem to. "Will you grab me that one?" I ask. I point above my head, my back's pressed against the bookcase. He locks his gaze on mine and reaches over me to grab the book I asked for. "Thanks." I don't move and neither does he. Riley and Devin have been best friends forever-since Kindergarten. It's Senior year of high school, now. And it's always been simple, Riley's got his back, he's got hers. But as life goes on Riley can't help but wonder if maybe he's not just her best friend, if she likes him as possibly something more. Evie was the wild child of the bunch. She was always everywhere and doing everything, all so she could pour it into her writing. However the local scholarships were not enough to cover the costs of attending her dream school. Evie was determined to find a way to pay for her education, but she was running out of options. That was, until West came back. West was a childhood friend. They used to play together when they were kids, but as they grew older, they drifted apart and lost touch. It's been a couple of years since they had last seen each other, and when West randomly needed to stay at Evie's house for a few weeks, she wasn't sure what to expect. They each needed a plan to get what they wanted, and they each had what the other needed. It seemed like a win-win situation for both of them. Senior high school was probably one of the best moments in life, at least for certain folks. We learn the meaning of life from those periods. It only happens 3 years for the majority of people. But the moments still linger on our mind. Example? Here it goes... "They say teenage romance is awkward-but nobody said it would come with strawberry perfume, secret siblings, and a weeb girl who could read minds..." "'Are you seriously making out with your twin?!' I screamed. Dani stood frozen. Daisy ran. And somehow... this all started with candied flowers." "An absolute affection coming from absurd person? Shining Glasses included... such an irony". And many more absurdity follows... Putra, a normal student that has been dragged everywhere... I quickly fixed my hair and make up, when I went to find Luke he was not there where I left him last.I started looking for him, he was nowhere to be found. I almost searched the whole school, when I was passing by the music room I heard muffled voices so I just stepped in the room and who knew my whole world would fall apart...there in front of me was Luke kissing Rose... I guess Luke heard me walking in because he opened his eyes but rose unaware about me was still kissing Luke. I couldn't take it anymore I turned away, my back to him and ran...I ran and ran making my way out of the school, every step I took was a dagger to my heart...because each step which I took was a step away from Luke.... my Luke .I rushed inside my home into my bedroom and finally collapsed on bed crying my heart out...that's it... I couldn't stay here anymore knowing that my Luke was no more mine...I had to go somewhere away from here. If I stayed here any longer these memories which I had with Luke would haunt me...so with my decision made...
