It's the end of the world and Chuuya is just trying to survive as a new person. He doesn't quite understand what humanity is, and now he has to deal with this weirdo while waiting out a hurricane to get back to The Sheep.
The world has come to an unexpected turn of events and Dazai just wants to hang out with Odasaku and Ango, but there's some weirdo waiting out the storm in the bar he usually hangs out in.
