Dahlia is heading home for Christmas for the first time in two years. Much to her disappointment, her brother's best friend, Jade, will be joining her on her 10 hour drive home. Rivals since they were children, the two are going to convince Dahlia's parents that the two are dating, just to get a rise out of them. Dahlia can't stand Jade, but will the time they spend stuck in a car together, change all of that? He was probably right. I think if mom and dad thought we were together, it'd send them off the deep end. Right now, I wanted to give them a giant shove. "Hmm," I narrowed my eyes at him. "You'd fake it with me?" His lips tipped up. "Oh I wouldn't have to fake much with you, doll." Thank you to @ashley_mariex for my beautiful cover.

Mr. Right

Every year when I travel across the country to be with my parents for the Holidays, they set me up on a blind date. Apparently, my parents think it's stupid that I'm still single at twenty seven. But hey, I'm totally going two hundred percent for my career. I'm about to get a promotion. I don't have time to date! This year though, I'm fed up with it. The men they try to set me up with are never what I really want anyway. There's no spark. So I decide to take matters into my own hands. Which just leaves me with one big obstacle. I need a date for Christmas. And with only a week until I leave, my oprions are limited. Very limited. The only choice I have, really, is to have the only man I consider a good friend – my neighbor – accompany me and pretend to be my boyfriend. It's only a four-day trip. How hard can it be?
