As for the names of the characters, I pulled all of the names during the historical periods from actual history. So, I am sorry if the names are odd or difficult to follow, it is set during a specific reign and the historical people around the royal palace. I really enjoy writing from actual history as much as possible when I do delve into history. If people like this, I may try to work on a longer story of a historical romance in the Ottoman courts.Complete

Year 1391 BC. Unlike the other wives in Pharaoh Atekhramun's harem, Ra-nef-ankh doesn't want love or adoration from the Pharaoh. She wants revenge. In order to get her plan to work, she needs to get close enough to the Pharaoh but how can she do that when his grief makes him push people away. And how do you get time alone with the Pharaoh in a harem where everyone is fighting for his attention?
