Sypnosis: After they found out in Oceanside about the kraken that destroyed the library, Ruby and her family decided to move to Japan so as not to know anything about the incident. What our protagonist does not know is that in this country and in 80% of the world they have quirks, and he will meet a green-haired man who will take him to a place where his destiny will change.
