Temple - JJK Fanfiction

Years ago, a newly born infant was abandoned, covered in a blanket and sigils. Left in a roadside shrine, one could only assume she was left for dead. An obliging kannushi of a rural temple in Okutama took her to safety. There she grew into the role of a Miko, balancing her basic duties of the temple, school, and her social life.
Isn't it normal for everyone to see them?
