(Revision 2.0 in progress and coming soon...)
The United States of America, the banner which still streams gallantly despite the rockets' red glare and the bombs bursting in air, faces its greatest dilemma since the days of revolution. Cut off entirely from the world in which its lands originate, an impossible scenario thought of by no one but the wildest imaginations of few storywriters. Parted from carefully cultivated supply chains that determine the economy and daily lives of its people, and into a realm of new wonders, mystery and dangers of pure fantasy.
How will the people of the United States and her territories react to the seemingly impossible scenario of being transported to another world? A world where elves, dwarves and other fantasy creatures live somewhat alongside humans. A world strikingly similar yet completely different to the bloodshed-filled history of our own world, where the strong dominate the weak and societies are still held together through warfare and force of the sword. A world where the United States could spread its influence and way of life... or the other way around. Can the nation, itself born of warfare and force, even be able to hold itself together through this?
(This is the first serious story I have ever written and published other than a crackfic on another site years ago so sorry if this is hard to read. I am still technically completely new at writing. Criticisms would be greatly welcomed as I hope to improve my writing and become at least somewhat skilled at it haha)
This story is inspired by 'GATE: Thus the JSDF Fought There' and 'Summoning Japan'.
