Year 3120
It has been centuries since the last nuclear war. Each superpower country had already exhausted all their nuclear arsenals resulting in the near end of the world. Despite the demise, there were survivors and these people created a glass dome to protect the remaining humanity from the fallout.
Nobody knew what was outside anymore since everyone is now comfortable about being in the Inside. Still, scientists like me, continue to carry out research and experiments about the Outside in hopes to free mankind from the shackles of the nuclear aftermath.

The blinding flash came first, so intense that it blinded even through closed eyes. The deafening thunder followed very shortly after, as the burning light began to subside. The cloud appeared as a silhouette at first against the whiteout, but as the sky returned to normal colour the iconic mushroom could be seen rising into the sky. The heat wave was the first to unleash its deadly power, burning hotter than the sun everything in its path incinerated instantly. Everything from stone to the air itself vaporised in an instant for miles around the blast. Then came the shock wave to finish where the heat wave left off, levelling everything in its path. Everything above ground level ripped from it place and blown to pieces as if it was nothing more than paper. The After Effects
After it all happened, the Plague created what feels like a whole new world. Survivors created new lives for themselves and carried on with their lives. Me? I didn't get the chance to create a new life. Thanks to my absolutely wonderful father figure, I was forced to become an entirely different person. Thankfully I was able to escape his peachy influence and take some control of my new life. What I don't know is the Plague brought on after effects.
