After a cataclysmic event caused by mysterious celestial orbs, the world is reshaped into a realm where magic, power, and survival intertwine. These orbs-divine relics that descend from the heavens-grant chosen humans supernatural abilities, turning them into "Takers." Humanity rebuilds amid chaos, birthing new kingdoms, currencies (crystal essence), and hierarchies of strength.
Among the survivors is the Silvermist family, simple people living near a cemetery in the newly reborn Kingdom of Earth. Their peaceful life shatters when Gaia, the eldest daughter, is discovered to possess a rare orb. The kingdom forcibly takes her away, leaving her brother Garner vowing to rescue her.
