The Story of Renouncing Self

Life is a tumultuous journey filled with misery, disagreement, pain, joy, and more. Choosing between my parents, I faced a daunting decision fueled by love for both. The separation of my parents cast confusion, but through God's grace, blessings were bestowed. The ideal life may seem unattainable, yet faith can manifest it. Commandments clash, urging honor to parents but also love for God above all. Pursuing solitude, I renounced my parents' dreams and lived as a hermit for 34 years. Temptations arose, but self-denial prevailed. In quiet devotion, shielded from sins, I found solace and a powerful weapon against inner battles.
