Earth has been under attack for almost a century now. Something happened and our dimension clashed with another. That dimension allowed in monsters that we now call jumpers. We were utterly defeated and almost destroyed when the new generation was born. Since then science has advanced beyond what anyone would have thought become reality. Now we have peace keeper acadamy.

During the final decades of the twenty first century, a rogue brown dwarf star passed through the solar system and its gravity threw the Earth out of orbit around the sun.
