Eclipse and Fang have been through a lot. Seeing their father shot and killed in front of them, and being alone in a world that hates them. They are mutants and would like to be alone, with their group; Talon, Matrix, and Tide. They saw the attack on New York by Loki and was horrified that the government had people like the "Avengers" on their side. They were all arguing about what to do, when a shard of the Teserack crashed to earth near their camp. Being curious, Eclipse touches the shard. The energy transfers into herself, boosting her mutant abilities. SHIELD arrives and tracks down the energy signal, which is Eclipse.
She won't be captured without a fight.

Skye is an innocent minded girl after being on the run for so long so when she gets a new home she takes a liking to Steve after all he rescued her. Steve takes a liking to her as well. Seeing she's so innocent and beautiful and she smiles at him whenever he talks. And she looks at him like he's her whole world. Bucky Barnes starts to take an interest in Skye from afar. He's terrified of his feelings and to talk to this girl. She makes him feel different and he doesn't know if he likes that. He still can't forgive himself for what he's done during his Winter Solider days. He sees Steve with her and realizes he might be too late and that she might not ever get to be his. He doesn't remember anything about his own past. When he was 10, he lived on the streets of New York and steals to survive. Until he met an old Iraq war veteran, and the vet gave Alex a place to stay while he tried to regain his lost memories. Every night, Alex will have flashes of a woman with red hair running with a baby in her arms. Flashes of a lab and scientists experimenting on him. He always wakes up in a cold sweat and breaths heavily after every nightmare. A few years later, the old Iraq vet died of old age and Alex couldn't bring himself to visit his friend's grave. The vet's family knew about Alex, but he disappeared after his friend died of old age. But one day he saw someone who was fighting with the Avengers and the new Avengers and she had pink skin and green hair with yellow eyes. He couldn't keep his eyes off of her, until she was hit by a bad guy that she and both teams were fighting and something inside Alex snapped when he saw her get hurt. Without thinking he leapt into action and fought the bad guy. But something happened to him that day that he never knew about. He gained superpowers.
