Plot: Luke Staples is your regular boy with big dreams and high hopes. Music is power in his life and it drives every fiber in his body to be who he is. Music has always been there to comfort Luke through those harsh situations as well as those brighter days. Luke has dreams of becoming the next best rapper. He even has a part time job as a grocery bagger and every bit of his money goes into his rap career. As he would say, "he wants to be on that Jay-Z status" and he isn't stopping until he gets there. Although he doesn't have the support of his family at first and his teachers always say "I know you can do better", nothing is going to stop him from being the best rapper alive. Luke finally gets his big break when his homemade freestyle video gets aired on a popular blogging site and it takes off from there. After being discovered by basically America, Luke gets offered his first record deal and of course he wants to share it with the world. Instead of buying a mansion or any other luxuries like that, Luke decides that he is going to start his own record label and give his homies with talent a chance to, as he would say, "make it blast through the speakers". Although Luke was very humble in the beginning, he lost that touch which caused him to lose some friends. He went from making music with a message to just making records. But when it all comes crashing down, Luke will realize that he always will have the support of his family, friends that really matter, and of course music.
