Even though she was a legacy with an obvious delivery address and carried Barça in every strand of her DNA, Mia Laurel keep to exploring other places in the world and different ways of playing football. She didn't spend more than one season with a team and, despite all the bad things that kind of behaviour attracted, life was good that way.
She had promised her mum that her next boarding destination would be Barça for the 2023-2024 season, as it was their last chance to play together before the great Barcelona and La Roja captain Cecilia Laurel hung up her boots, and so she would.
Everything fell apart when Ceci tragically died in an El Clásico and Mia found herself unable to fulfil what she had promised.
But despite the pain caused by the constant reminders everywhere, she gets back on her feet and sets off on a new and challenging phase as part of what was already considered the best team in the world.
