The Rebels of Mobius: A new ally

The evil Dr. Robotnik has taken over the Acorn kingdom and most of Mobius with his army of mechanical creations. Its up to Sonic the hedgehog and the Freedom Fighters to fight back against the mad doctor and save their home. They are not the only ones in this fight however, a mysterious stranger that has been living in the Great Forest meets up with the Freedom Fighters to provide some assistance. Will this stranger be the edge they need to finally take out Robotnik, Read on and find out.
***This story is loosely based on the events of based on the show and the comics, spun in a way that will fit with the plot, so forgive me if I get some details wrong. Also I do not own the rights to the Sonic franchise or the characters I use,(except for the OC's that I create) all credit belongs to SEGA, Archie comics and all the various creators that worked with them.

Sonic and friends unwillingly travel to another dimension and upon arrival realise that they are not able to freely show their special abilities to the public or bad things may await. They have to live mundane lives during their time there. Some get jobs in order to blend in and earn their keep. Little do they know a certain egg themed villain is attempting to find this world to conquer as well as defeat the heros hiding in plain sight. Will they stop him without being captured by the villains of this world? Or will the villain rise to the top, rendering the heros useless? Eventual Sonadow, Rougeknux, Blazeamy, and Mephilver. 16+ there are adult themes and topics in this book not suitable for minors, nothing explicit, which is why I put 16+ rather than 18+. The characters are aged up as follows; Sonic-21, Shadow-22, Rouge-22, Knuckles-23, Amy-19, Tails-15, Silver-18, Mephiles-18, Mighty-18, Sally-16 I am open to constructive criticism, so if you notice a mistake or something that just doesn't make sense, please comment so I can fix it. The Heroes of Mobius find themselves in quite the tight spot when a virus is released to their precious planet and the air becomes unbreathable to those who only want peace. Well all but one individual can breathe in the outside toxic air but sadly, that hedgehog isn't around anymore or is he? Sonic the hedgehog is known for being courageous and ready for a fight but when he loses his mate for life, his powers start to descrease in strength and Mobius begins to fall to the darkness. However, when a surge of power from outside of Mobius attracts the attention of many, Sonic had no choice but return to a past memory to work out what it is or more importantly who is still alive?! Years ago, there lived the famous and powerful, Acorn Kingdom. It was ruled by the royal king known, as King Max Acorn. But, along that royal road, he fell in love. Years of being with the love of his life, he finally had a baby girl. That child, was Sally Acorn. Who would later become the princess of the Acorn Kingdom. But, years passed, and the personal professor of King Max, later abandoned and betrayed the royal king. He was then branded a traitor. With the distraught of his betrayal, Dr. Eggman was angered by the decisions of the Kingdom. So he wanted to start his own evil kingdom. With living slaves. Now while the King left his rightful place to lead the fight against Eggman, he had to bring someone to protect Sally when he couldn't. He brought upon them, Sonic the Hedgehog.
