"Fragments of Forever" by Dex Amoroso is a captivating tale that delicately explores the tapestry of time, love, and the profound impact of choices. In the dimly lit study of the protagonist, John, faded photographs and the lingering scent of aged memories set the stage for a journey through the echoes of his past.
Amidst the unraveling threads of John's present, a mysterious pocket watch becomes a portal to his teenage years, a kaleidoscope of colors and emotions. The narrative weaves a delicate dance between the vibrant hues of youth and the muted tones of mature reflection, creating a dissonance that resonates with the reader.
The reunion with Mary, a girl once loved, unfolds against the backdrop of regret and "what ifs." The palpable emotions and whispered confessions evoke a bittersweet symphony, echoing through the corridors of time. The moral dilemma faced by John, as he confronts both his past and Mary's present, adds layers of complexity to the narrative.
As the story unfolds, the room becomes a silent witness to the struggles and choices of its inhabitants. The author skillfully intertwines the personal turmoil of the characters with the broader themes of forgiveness, redemption, and the unpredictable nature of life.
The resolution, marked by a courageous disruption of fate, propels John and Mary into a shared destiny. Their journey towards closure and acceptance is underscored by a belief in second chances and the transformative power of love.
"Fragments of Forever" is not merely a story; it's an exploration of the human experience, where the past and present converge in a poignant reminder of life's unpredictability. Dex Amoroso's storytelling skillfully engages readers, inviting them to reflect on their own choices and the intricate interplay of destiny and free will.

Run. Don't look back.
When Natalie is trapped in an alien ambush, she is unexpectedly released. The first human to ever be let go.
The Saursunes invaded centuries ago, and everyone knows that getting caught is certain death. Natalie is confused but grateful to be alive. As a porter, one of the few humans with the rare ability to teleport between special crystal formations, she must leave the safety of her desert village every day to help gather food.
When other villages increase their raids on the Saursunes' farms, the aliens retaliate by hunting down every human they can find - except Natalie's group. Instead of trying to kill her and those helping her, they bring them food instead.
Is it a trap? Or something else? Natalie isn't sure, but one thing is certain: the Saursunes aren't done with her yet.
