Tommy has been in Foster care for as long as he can remeber, he can't remember anything about his parents and he has learn to accept that. His social worker is Puffy, she is nice to him and has been the only thing keeping him going for a while. But after one of the worst houses he has ever had, will he finally be able to settle with Phil?

He knew the routine, get adopted, get abused, get put back into the orphanage, repeat. But when this family of three is kind to him, what's gonna happen? How will he react?
