"We can't help it! The village is under attack by an unknown person much stronger than Kaguya!! We need to seek for him!" The Supporting group stated.

"What! Are you out of your mind? Have you forgotten what he had done?!" The opposing group argued.

"There is no other way,  as much as we deny it, his power is the only thing we need right now!"

" We need to do it or else this village will go into rumble"
.The other group remained silent as the other group did have a point. After all, as much as they refuse it, that man has the power to fight those monsters. 

" Then if all the council is in agreement then we don't have a choice but to let him out!"  a man in a Hokage cloak said.
The council all nodded agreeing to it. 
"If that is also the case then we have to inform Kakashi Hatake that Obito Uchiha is alive.."
