Amber grew up mostly traveling around the UK. Up until the age of fourteen she moved around between family members, until she ended up with her grandmother in Lead-worth, England. Where she met her two best friends Amy Pond and Rory Williams, both 2 years older than her. When she left school she moved in with Amy so they could keep each other company.
