Jisung is a word-nerd─his own term that he has recently coined in order to describe his fascination with words. As a wannabe-playwright, currently writing the script for his under-budgeted school play, he loves integrating fun quips and phrases into his projects, and so he began a challenge at the start of the school year called "Phrase of the Week"; a challenge which sees him annoying all of his friends whilst using a particular phrase as much as possible, for that particular week.

Minho, on the other hand, is the stark opposite of Jisung. More into science, less into words. But, when he joins Jisung's school half-way through the year, he develops a fascination for Jisung, much like Jisung's fascination for words, and he begins to take part in the Phrase of the Week to try and impress his new friend─even if he's really bad at it...
