Life isn't always perfect. Actually, for Angelina, it never has been. Since the death of her best friend in middle school and a devastating fire in her town, she needs to run.
One night she does, and ends up on the streets of New Jersey all alone. Until one morning she meets four boys a few years older than her.
They look like typical Jersey dirt bags, but they take her in.
It's all going well, until school starts back up and the bickering between her and the self-proclaimed leader turns into something more. Something good, a connection she's been looking for for a while now.
It's a fresh start, but is it a good one?

Gerard is new to the school.. he finally got kicked out of his old one, now being forced to go to school with Mikey, not that's it's a bad thing. unlike what people would thing, Gerard and Mikey get along great..it's just other people that bugs Gerard. he sticks out like a sore thumb, hes soft spoken and has pretty feminine features as well as dressing up in pastel clothes (skirts). he gets into fights a lot and he's not afraid to stick up for himself but it gets tiring so he normally lets his bully's do whatever they need. at his new school he meets Frank. he's known to not let people push him the wrong way and he'll call you out on your bullshit. Frank finds Gerard...uh, interesting. it's hard to tell what Gerard is thinking most times and that really bugs Frank. Gerard tends to be in his own and Frank wants to change that...but how can he? Gerard will forever be known as the "cross dresser" and Frank will always be seen as "too good" for Gerard.
