They say acceptance is the final stage of grief, but Angus can't seem to find it. When you add 'redemption' into the mix, it becomes much more challenging to accept that the life you knew is lost 700 years in the past. When Angus has a chance encounter with a confident, humorous 21st-century girl, she tries to help him get closure on the mysteries of his past. But Ting is battling grief of her own, and in the end, the pair discover that some things are beyond our control, and not even one hundred lifetimes can alter the hands of fate.
