In this story we first must know what comes to mind when thinking about doctors, surgeons, and the like. What can first come to mind for some are things that strike fear in the mind, like needles, and disease. In this world, the poor have been conditioned to stay away from the hospital and use it only as a last resort. The people of this world have been accustomed to discrimination separating the poor and the rich. To continue profiting, the rich built cheap rundown hospitals that were unequipped with the materials that were needed, essential tools were often substituted for cheaper flimsier options.
