The Baron

A man who has been ridiculed his whole life for not having an ability, like telekinesis or fire breathing. But one day something awakens in him, and he uses it to take control of his city. But the odd thing is that the people themselves don't mind, if anything they prefer this man over the heroes. They call this man 'The Baron'.
