How did Sonic end up here? A cramped headspace, about maybe twelve forms with gods and parasites targeting all of them, and a family he never asked for but if given the chance wouldn't trade them for the world. Shall we rewind back to where he first became Super? That transformation- that... that first touch of his potential- it started everything. In a world where his "powerups" are sentient beings living inside his head, twelve forms came one at a time, first as voices in his head and uninvited annoying roommates, and then, as he made an effort to understand them and vice versa, he started seeing them as family. Follow Sonic's forms as they go throughout their adventures. In this story, Sonic's dignity becomes a reoccurring casualty, EXE and Fleetway become existential threats, and most of all, a found family is formed. None of them asked to be there, and Sonic never asked for them, but here they are- forming a family that cares for each other more than the members themselves like to admit. Expect bickering, arguments, trauma, upbringings, failures, chaos, and most of all, the unexpected. This is Sonic's head after all!
