After the Great Howllian War, the solar system is left disoriented. Pirates and mercenaries prey on the weak and the only protection consists of planet Tecton's Elite Guard.

Drajine Dracoligh, a warrior princess of Tecton and a member of one of the Elite Guard teams along with Contaro Abelen, Takeo Kurosawa, and Priddely Minami, scout the kingdoms of other planets who have agreements with Tecton for protection.

During their hunt for pirates, they must heed the warnings of a prophecy stating that only a dragon raised from humanity can defeat the sorcerer of the Great Dragon of the Sun whose purpose is to release the sun dragon and wreak havoc on the solar system. The sorcerer, or Sugan, only appears at the end of every millennia and there's one problem, a dragon has not been heard of for centuries.
