Melting the Eternal Frost - Book 1
This story depicts an alternate timeline wherein Velzard attends Walpurgis after sensing Veldora's presence. She subsequently meets our protagonist and becomes interested in him after his display at the meeting. After thinking for a bit, she decides to move to Tempest and becomes a close ally of Rimuru. Rimuru and Velzard will sometimes be out of character since it's unavoidable. Our protagonist will be more rational and have an actual spine, while Velzard will not be as cold and ruthless as her canon counterpart. Besides, Velzard lacks substantial characterization, so I decided to write my own interpretation of her personality based on the original light novel. I recommend at least having seen the second season of the anime since my story will pick up from there. This fanfic will follow the main story beats of the original light novel, so some arcs will be glossed over with minor changes. I'm somewhat OC, so expect a lot of chapter edits or updates, as I tend to reread chapters and catch minor mistakes here and there. (Note that this is Book 1 for the full story.) Also, it goes without saying that I do not own the series 'That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime.' Check out and read the original light novel written by Fuse.
Perfected Tempest
Rimuru chooses to return to the past even if he has to erase what he already has to make a better Tempest kingdom than before. Just so he can have even more friends and loved ones then before that he lost, or was not knowledge enough at the time to help grow and become better along with himself and his nation. He also does it so he can make it so paperwork is someone else's problem but he will never say that. Little does he know that doing that gives him an even worse daily activity to deal with... Jewel of Tempest
Rimuru was taking a break after the entire orc invasion incident and decided to take a stroll through the forest. While walking along he runs into a monster that was run out of their home by the orcs and lost their entire family to the attack. With nowhere to call home and no family to go back to, Rimuru accepts the monster into the new and growing town as his adopted daughter. The story will follow the main story beats of the light novel, but events will be changed due to a close bond forming between Rimuru and the new monster. The bond will be explored along with the world around the two of them, giving more depth to the characters and allowing them to move outside of the main story's narrative. This is my first time writing something like this so I apologies if there are any glaring issues you may notice. With that said if you see something that could use improving, I invite you to drop a comment and let me know about it so the story can be improved for everyone. The Mature rating is mostly just to cover my bases as I don't know where things will go as the story progresses. I of course don't own "That Time I got Reincarnated as a Slime' so please check out the original work by Fuse.

The story does not follow the plot of the original story, but it will try to keep it similar but not too different. Also, this story will update rather more slowly than before, so please be patient. To her aid, her skill is with her. Although this skill is still hiding various secrets from Hiro. The siblings, who she met by a strange coincidence, somehow know her even more than they let out. The God who claims it was by accident that she was killed seems to be dishonest about something. The strange change in behaviour of the angels is immediately noticed by their God. As a huge fan of Tensura fanfics, especially the incredible works of Bon Aurevoir, It was My first Tensura Fanfic I've read and I was inspired to create something similar. After discussing ideas with Bon and getting his approval, I finally decided to take the plunge and write my own story. As the title suggests, the main character is a kind yet cunning individual. He strives to help others and guide them toward redemption. Despite his cunning nature, his naivety as a former human still lingers. Over time, he will grow from a child blessed with power into a man who shoulders great responsibility. The story will initially follow the canon timeline, but I plan to introduce some unique elements along the way to keep things engaging. Lastly, while I've included the R18 tag, I'm still honing my skills in writing romance and lemons. Expect a slow-burn romance, but I promise those moments will come eventually.
