Now, Astarion must decide which path to follow before it's too late.

2 months after defeating the elder brain, Shiveria and Gale have their wedding in Baldur's gate before making their way to his tower in waterdeep. However, the urge returns to Shiveria and now Gale, along with Shadowheart and Astarion need to help her before she looses herself...

Goodbye Astarion [Astarion X NB Tav] by ItsFinnleyMan

Astarion ascended just like he wanted. Tav helped just like he asked. People change just like they were warned. Fair warning: Ascended Astarion is the villain, Tav frequently disassociates and justifies Astarion's behavior to themselves and the other companions. Domestic violence is implied but not depicted out-right. Verbal abuse is kept to a minimum. Two major characters will die eventually. An alternative epilogue at Withers' party. Still in progress but I feel inspired and it's a short one. I will probably update frequently I haven't written fanfiction in 11 years.
