There was always something different about Frostbite. Perhaps it was that she never really cared for what happened to her tribe. She was an IceWing through and through, but destiny had other plans for her. She was taken to ThunderClan, guided by an ancient prophecy that spoke of taking the ice to melt the fire, or something along those lines.

Her mother, Frostshadow, always insisted that Frostbite was special, but the young IceWing dragonet couldn't fathom why. Wasn't it just something a mother would say to uplift her child? It seemed unnecessary to Frostbite. She didn't concern herself with what others thought about her and quickly gained a reputation as the most rebellious dragon in the ThunderWings tribe.

King Bramble, their kind and warmhearted leader, ruled over ThunderWings with care. Yet, there was something beneath Frostbite's scales that irked him. Maybe it was the clash of ice and fire within her, or perhaps there were secrets hidden in the depths of her mysterious past. WoF Fanfiction - discontinued and really bad Hybrid was, well, a hybrid. She used to have a good life, kept hidden from the public. She didn't know what type of dragon she was and had no friends, but that didn't matter. She had her icewing dad, who took her out hunting and loved her enough to make up for everything else twofold. She thought that her difference wasn't necessarily bad. That all changed one day. Hybrid and her father were out, close to where they usually went hunting, and were celebrating her third birthday by going whaling. They were spotted. Another icewing took down her father, killing him for harboring a hybrid. Hybrid was dumped in the desert outside of the wall, where she was found by a sandwing. The sandwing drug her out to die in the dunes. She survived. Barely. After being stabbed by the sandwing's tail barb, she thought she was done for. The last thing that she remembered was her front talons feeling way too cold, especially in contrast to her sunburnt body. Then, black. When she woke up, she was even more different. A/N: I apologize, because, looking back, I kind of lost any inspiration for the first idea, can't mesh it with the idea I tried to throw in, and it would not make sense to ignore either of them....... So yeah this is discontinued, it's really a bad story. I may revamp it into a situation that makes more sense some time in the near future, though. And she managed to stumble her way into Spittlebug. She'd not the biggest fan of the small dragon, but she does come with free housing, and the HiveWing does seem attached... Will the pair eventually find a romantic spark, or will the relationship go up in flames? And how far along will it go? Well, lets find out...
