Exile has warped and twisted Tommy and his perception of himself and the world. Dream has manipulated and changed him in order to keep him under control. Due to Tehcnblade's betrayal during the war for L'Manberg, Tommy is hesitant to trust that Technoblade will actually help him after escaping Dream and turning up on Techno's doorstep. Technoblade decides to be the big brother he should always have been.
