   The Emerald Spears had done it. They destroyed Mega Man, or so they thought. Mega Man has been running for a while now. He's resigned himself to his old name, Rock. He found himself in Illinois after a while. A family takes him in, but their profession is stupid, right? Danny wanted nothing more than to believe Rock when Rock said ghosts don't exist, but both of them find out the hard way when one of them almost dies and the other gets drenched in ectoplasm. Mega Man comes back as Phantom rises. The Emerald Spears won't be happy about this return and his new partner.All Rights Reserved

Since that day, the small cassettes have been obsessed with this human who stared them down and for some reason, took it upon himself to try and help. Maybe Soundwave has room for one more mini-con in his ranks after all.
