What if Buckingham Nicks and Fleetwood Mac never met? What if Stevie returned from Aspen in 1974 and actually took her parents up on their offer to come home to Arizona and go back to school...and she'd given up on her music career...and on her tumultuous relationship with Lindsey?

In an alternate holiday season of 2023, Lindsey Buckingham finds himself recently widowed and traveling to Phoenix, Arizona to spend the holidays with his grown children and his grandchildren, and one of the family festivities is to go to the local high school to watch his granddaughter perform at her holiday music showcase...led by her absolute favorite teacher and leader of the music and theater department, who is retiring at the end of the year after a 50-year teaching career...Stevie Nicks. 

Will a chance meeting of two old musical partners and lovers over the holidays lead to a great conversation in which they catch up on each other's lives...or will they realize that 50 years without each other has been 50 years too many?
