In Tabitha's world there are only two types of people, the supernatural and the mundane. There are many sectors of the land however, eight to be exact. The first four are where the "supers" reside and the last four are where the "normals" live. When each mundane turns 16 they are required to take a trip to sector one, where the council resides, to be given a job.
