Her stand us entirely unknown, her power and its range are as good a guess as any. Her bloodline though? It connects through centuries. The user? Saffron Giovanna, older sister to Giorno Giovanna. She is believed to be unaware of her brothers existence and due to being in foster care her entire life, it is also believed she may not know who her father is. Dio Brando., of course. Jotaro's task is to get an in on her any way possible, to learn everything he possibly can without causing her to possibly kill everyone. Jotaro has never had a task he wasn't able to complete, a foe he wasn't able to absolutely destroy, or anyone to push him out of his comfort zone. All of that is about to change. But Jotaro and new comrades, Josuke Higashskita, Okuyasu Nijimura, Koichi Hirose, Rohan Kishibe, and Yukako Yamagishi, run into a foe they cannot defeat alone. At first it all seems easy, maybe some property damage here and there, but this is soon proven to be quite the difficult task. Unlike stand users in the past, they all had connections to other people like DIO, but this one fights completely alone.
