Two high-school students, Marinette alongside her Older Adopted Brother Avalon and Adrien, are chosen to become Paris' superheroes: Ladybug and Cat Noir. They each have a Miraculous, a jewel linked to their magical Kwamis, Tikki and Plagg who gives them powers, however during Eons the two Kwamis been stuck in a hearksickness towards each other that has increased even more with them separated. The two teens and One Adults mission is to keep Hawk Moth - who wants to steal their Miraculouses - from wreaking havoc on the town by creating increasingly dangerous supervillains - all while living their high school lives and keeping their identities secret, while others will seek redemption or fall in love while they are at it

While Adrien and Marinette find themselves becoming closer, Cat Noir and Ladybug are dealing with the growing unease of Paris' citizens who are concerned that supervillain Hawk Moth hasn't akumatized anyone in weeks. The superheroes decide to take steps to try to figure out Hawk Moth's identity and uncover his plan as they also prepare for a potential epic battle with Hawk Moth.
