This story is about a man named James and his journey to live and romance a blonde French nonbinary person named Fern, but as assumed difficulties arise with the language differences and as James learns more about Fern he learns more about their past and their family and another problem is Ferns brother Mike who is overprotective of Fern after they both ran away from abusive parents

So if this stuff bothers you, you might as well not start reading it. So this is sort of a trigger warning for those who are uncomfortable with any of the said content.
