There are some things that are hard to face: an addiction to drugs, and an addiction to love, to a person who will forever change your life and get ahold of your heart before you know it.... The Year is 1986, And One Anthony Joseph Perry aka Joe Perry could tell you a thing or two, like being half of the duo known as the Toxic Twins, his addictions to every drug under the sun and alcohol but he couldn't tell you the first thing about what it truly means to love. What he CAN tell you is this is the year Aerosmith is poised to make what will be the biggest comeback in rock history and that the album they are amid recording, 'Permanent Vacation' will solidify their place in rock history.... However, Joe is lonely, and his painful past includes a lifetime of abusive partners and a former lover's relationship with one Steven Tyler.
Meanwhile, Mӧtley Crϋe is also recording a legendary album, 'Girls, Girls, Girls' but they are on the verge of imploding even as they are keeping ascending to ever greater heights...and one member is addicted, addicted, and is slowly but surely becoming addicted to the worst drug of all: Heroin and that member is one Nikki Sixx....who also has a painful and abusive past just like Joe Perry and love is the one addiction he may not can face....or admit that he too has a heart. 
Come see what happens when by fate that Joe and Nikki Meet, can Joe save Nikki's life? Can he open? Can Nikki do the same? Can they face their greatest addiction aka love together.... we shall see.

Tommy even as 2003 dawns, is still recovering from his and Jamie's relationship, painfully shy and distrustful of those he doesn't know....he longs to know love...to FEEL love and when he meets Joe Perry, it just may end up leading to Tommy deciding to let his heart do the talking and he may finally know and feel what he has longed for, for SO long.
