After some trouble with her college research, Ariana Gilbert decides to move back home to the family manor, with her Grams, and her younger sisters Amira and Audrey. On the night of Ariana's arrival, demonic forces capture and kidnap the sisters' grandmother, and following this, the trio finds out that not only are they descendants of the strongest wiccan bloodline, the Warren line, but they're also the Charmed Ones. After this revelation the trio swears to capture the demon behind the kidnapping.
