It has been weeks since the prophecy had been fulfilled, and Fontaine had been having constant rain. Wriothesley hasn't been outside the Fortress of Meropide since the prophecy, and has gotten barely any communication. When he decides to go out one day, it's raining. And he is greeted by a teary eyed Iudex Neuvillette. They have tea together, and everything seems to goes back to normal. But Wriothesley undergoes bad injuries and is taken in by Neuvillette, discovering something that isn't so simple. While he heals by Neuvillette, they start to grow close. This is wriollette accidentally getting married fanfic! ... Wriothesley had many plans for that day waking up in the same bed as the chief of justice: Neuvillette as they both adorn new wedding rings that were most definitely not there before was not in his plans for the day. Furina barging in on them didn't help the situation much. The unattended marriage forces both men to acknowledge neglected feelings.

Wriothesley takes it upon himself to investigate the sudden disappearances of melusines when Sigewinne doesn't return from her sudden day off. This leads him straight to the Chief Justice himself, only to find that Neuvillette too seems to have taken a few days off. Warning! This story, while just like my other stories, doesn't have smut, unlike my previous stories it is on the more mature side, here and there (mostly some jokes). Read at your own discretion.
