He was belittle by everyone(Avengers, X-Men and Fantastic Four), left by love and back turned by freinds and felt broken. So because of his powers stripped he quit being Spider-Man. But one day he woke up with a new body still male just look different and new powers. He now has a new purpose in life. No longer Spider-Man but as Omni-man.
