Cauldron Born

Victoria Paige Sanchez was a shifter, a dreamer, and a believer in being able to become aware of ones alternate self. So New Years Eve night she had planned to shift to one of the many alternate realities she had scripted for. She had been trying for years now unsuccessfully but tonight would be the night for her. Well it was supposed to be but because of a contaminated drink instead of waking up in said alternate reality she woke up face to face with none other than the deity Thanatos. After a few minutes of Victoria slightly freaking out and being upset that she failed once again to successfully shift, Thanatos had given her two options to choose from.

The first option was to remain dead and be brought to the Asphodel Meadows.

OR

The second option was to be reborn into a version of the universe she had been trying to become aware of at the time of her death.

This was of course an easy choice for her and she chose option 2 immediately. She refused to waste her wish to the stars as her dream was finally being answered.

Victoria Paige Sanchez was no more. Now she was Astraea Amara Alarie.
