The disease and war has ruined the Earth. The disease struck first killing about half of the Earth's population. Then the war came and wiped out even more people. After those two horrible things happened to the planet it sent every country that still had people in them into chaos. It was total anarchy. There were groups of people willing to kill other groups of people for food, water , and shelter.

All of that happened ten years ago. Now it was almost the same except it was getting harder to find food. So Jake and his group must do certain things including taking out other groups or having to leave some people behind.All Rights Reserved

(Currently being rewritten under a new name The Claimed) Everything changed when they came out of hiding, terror spread across the world as people began to question if our presidents and our global leaders lied to us and weren't from the same race. The Beasts blended in amongst us as if we were the same, except humans didn't have the same predatory instincts and we couldn't change our forms like they could. People are so bland and mundane, each of them trying to be like the others. I suppose I'm no different- I'm trying to fit in too. However, a crippling obsession to avenge my only friend's death is getting in the way of that. If I want to get on with my life, I need to learn to come to terms with my past in a way that's less likely to get me killed.
