The rain would sometimes bring along misfortunes.
This has been an outlying belief that most people have been carrying every time the rain happens. According to statistics, the rain causes half of the percentage of all weather-related problems, and at most 3/4 of some accidents are related to car crash.
However, not every accident delivers a bad news. Some accidents are still good news despite being unexpected.
Will you still consider an accident in the rain a bad news when you meet someone that makes your heart skip a beat?
