A group of 5 children, known as the anomalies, are kids who were born with Hyper Crystals, rather than developing them at age 16. These kids are so powerful, that their crystals are dubbed Giga Crystals instead of Hyper Crystals. A man who wants nothing but the power to eliminate all people with Hyper Crystals, and reshape the world in his image, begins hunting done the anomalies. Only the strongest 5 heroes in North America can defeat him... but if they're too slow... he'll be unstoppable.

During the final battle against the Nexus, he sacrificed himself to destroy the leader and the majority of the Nexus. 10 years later, Redington's sister Misato is the new commander of a new group of Re:volution user's.
