The smell of burning oil mixed with rust and another unknown scent.
The loud sounds of the cage going up, a loud alarm, and the metal parts hitting the stone wall at times.
A mix of curiosity and anxiety creeps in, confusion dominating and flushing it all away.
One thought sprang into my head: Where the hell am I?

Trapped - Gally x Reader - TMR
"I fought so hard to keep you here. But maybe you were never meant to stay." (Y/N) finds herself in the Glade - surrounded by nothing but towering walls, endless questions, and fifty boys who've built a life in this strange, trapped world. She has no memories, no answers, just the gut-deep feeling that she was send here for a reason. But then there's him. He's rough, distant, impossible to read but somehow, he feels familiar. Like a face from a dream she can't quite remember. There's something buried beneath his hard shell, something she's certain she's meant to understand. "Maybe none of us were meant to stay. Maybe you just forgot you were supposed to leave too." Newt x Reader
Being the only girl in the Glade is hard for Y/N. She works in the kitchen, does the laundry, and hates both. To make matters worse, Gally never passes up an opportunity to antagonize her. Thankfully, she has her best friend Newt to support her and keep her away from Gally. But one fateful night changes everything, and Y/N may never be able to look at Newt the same again. *btw this is a CLEAN story, but fyi "clean" doesn't mean boring, it just means not dirty, so please don't ignore this story on account of that* This is my first story on Wattpad, but not my first TMR fanfic and certainly not my first story. I've been writing since I can remember and I am currently 17. Writer's block is so annoying, and proofreading isn't my favorite thing, so hopefully neither of those mess this up too much😬😅 ENJOY!!!!!❤️ **DISCLAIMER: I do not own TMR, its setting, its general idea, or its characters; the plot and Y/N's character are the only things that are mine**Complete![Shadow of the Maze | Maze Runner [1]](https://img.wattpad.com/cover/301806311-256-k356115.jpg)

*i do not own the characters in this story besides Terra. The others belong to James Dashner.* It was dark. And loud. I was in a cage that was moving, but in which direction I was not sure. Terra arrives in the Glade like all the others before her. In the Box, with no memory of how or why. She doesn't know her name or who she is. But she won't let fear overcome. She is determined to get the Gladers out of the deadly Maze, back to freedom.Complete
