Feathered Arrows

There is a snowy town that is located in a clearing just between two mountains. The people there do well for themselves, aside from a building tension that my rip apart the small town from the inside.

Though, to a young girl such as Willow, the civil tension isn't what catches her interest. There is something weird going on in the forests around the small town. Travelers sometimes make it through the woods, and some of them don't. They are found on paths, face down in the snow with only an arrow sticking out of their backs, green feathers swaying slightly with the wind.
