Chuuya's new case is about the mysterious phantom thief who could not be caught so far. However, Chuuya was able to meet him... He doesn't like this very much because, according to Chuuya, he is the most annoying person he has ever met. But this Phantom is flirty, soooo... will it stay that way? I am very bad with words and I am very bad in writting a story out but I will try my best 🙂 Also my first language isn't english so there could be some gramma mistakes. The characters may not act canonically, In this story, Dazai and Chuuya are both 15 and still in the port mafia. In this world, ability users were prosecuted in society so they had to seal themselves in Yokohama city, allowing no one to enter or leave. While on the outside world, quirks had developed and the existence of ability users became forgotten with the rise of heroes and villains. The citizens of Yokohama are aware of what is going on in the outside world but think it's stupid to label someone as good or evil. No, that is not my original idea and I got heavy Inspiration from "This Boys Too Young to be Singing the Blues", By Distonail. It's an amazing read, I recommend it. :) Ps.
