Coming to the realisation that the ships efforts in smuggling refugees has been discovered and that the ship is now marked, being out of a job and afraid that sooner or later the two try to work out what to do next. They have to come to terms with their new situation and discovered feelings for each other. Like imagine Red Dwarf but if they gay and space travel is long AF and everyone is bored, depressed and horny. That's really what I'm trying for here.
